Negative Feedback: How to give feedback on non-clinical skills

Session is open to all Dalhousie Family Medicine Faculty


At the end of the session participants will be able to:

1. Identify what are considered non-knowledge skills

2. Identify what types of difficulties might be encountered if learners/colleagues have challenges in non-knowledge skill domains

3. Access techniques to provide feedback about concerns in non-knowledge skill domains

4. Understand the importance of documenting concerns and feedback
